Swedish radiation therapy provider Elekta of Stockholm has deployed a device relationship management (DRM) system based on software from Axeda Systems, according to the Mansfield, MA-based firm.
Elekta's IntelliMax product was rolled out with Elekta linear accelerators at Leeds Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust, Cookridge, U.K. The product enables the establishment of a continuous Internet-based communication link between Elekta's Synergy or Precise Treatment System and an Elekta service center, Axeda said.
