DICOT, VoxNeuro partner on brain function imaging for trauma patients

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is expanding its collaboration with VoxNeuro to combine structural diagnostic imaging with VoxNeuro's Cognitive Function Neuroimaging (cfNI) software for trauma patients.

VoxNeuro's cfNI software delivers a digital, post-hoc statistical analysis of a patient's electroencephalogram (EEG), including event-related potentials (ERPs), to provide an objective measure of brain function that clinicians can weigh alongside imaging findings, symptoms, and patient history. The software does not provide a diagnosis and is intended to complement rather than replace physician judgment, the firms said.

DICOT operates through its Memorial MRI & Diagnostic and Foundation Physicians Group brands in Southeast Texas.
