Elbit Imaging of Tel Aviv, Israel, has unveiled plans to consolidate its biotech and medical holdings into one wholly owned subsidiary.
The action would bring focused-ultrasound developer InSightec of Tirat Carmel, Israel, and therapeutic stem cell developer Gamida Cell of Jerusalem into one entity to streamline business activities.
Elbit Imaging also would offer shares of the subsidiary in a public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
