Siemens lands large nuclear medicine order

Siemens Medical Solutions has signed a purchase agreement with Carolinas HealthCare System of Charlotte, NC, for 12 E.Cam gamma cameras and two PET systems. Installation of the 14 systems will begin in December, according to the company’s Hoffman Estates, IL-based nuclear medicine group.
