Baird Medical has received product registrations from Pakistan's Drug Regulatory Authority (DRAP) for its BD-GT Microwave Ablation (MWA) System and T-1610 Disposable Microwave Ablation Needle, expanding the company's regulatory foundation in the country.
The registrations build on existing approvals and initial commercial availability at the Armed Forces Institute of Radiology and Imaging in Pakistan announced in January. Baird Medical said physicians in Vietnam and Argentina also completed their first MWA procedures using the company's technology earlier in 2026.
