Carestream Health of Rochester, NY, has reached a computed radiography (CR) milestone, shipping its 10,000th Kodak Point-of-Care CR system.
Carestream's Point-of-Care tabletop CR systems allow imaging functions to be performed within one platform that includes a single-plate CR reader, flexible phosphor screens, advanced image management software, and a PC-based review station. The Point-of-Care product line also includes three desktop systems, according to Carestream.
