United Imaging has installed its uCT Atlas scanner at Carrollton Regional Medical Center in Carrollton, TX.
The firm's flagship CT scanner was delivered two weeks earlier than initially scheduled, according to the vendor. First introduced at the 2020 RSNA meeting, uCT Atlas is an ultrawide-bore scanner with artificial intelligence software.
