Electron beam tomography developer Imatron has sold nine EBT systems in its first quarter (end-March 31), traditionally the weakest for the South San Francisco, CA-based firm. The nine scanner sales include two mobile EBT scanners, the first EBT scanner shipment to Canada, and a sale to the largest cardiology group in St. Louis, according to Imatron.
