Imaging center chain US Diagnostic sank into the red in 1999 as revenue fell 20.5% for the year (end-December 31). The West Palm Beach, FL-based vendor had revenues of $155.6 million for the year, compared with $195.7 million in 1998. The firm also suffered a net loss of $8.2 million, compared with net income of $4.8 million in 1998. USDL said it continues to seek strategic alternatives in order to maximize shareholder value.
