National radiology firm Optimal Radiology said it has hired management veteran Joseph McDonough as CEO.
McDonough has extensive experience leading radiology firms, including stints at Soteria Imaging Services and IRG/American Imaging Management, Optimal said.
The move marks Optimal's first executive-team hire since the company moved its headquarters to Nashville, TN, in August. Optimal partners with independent radiology providers across the U.S. to staff and manage imaging facilities.
