Zonare enters U.S. veterinary market

Ultrasound technology developer Zonare Medical Systems of Mountain View, CA, has signed an agreement with veterinary supply company Steuart Laboratories of Rochester, MN, to provide ultrasound systems for veterinary care.

Steuart Labs will sell Zonare's z.one convertible ultrasound scanner to veterinary practices across the U.S. Zonare's Zone Sonography technology allows doctors to convert the z.one from a full-featured, cart-based system into a compact ultrasound system, according to the company.
