CIVCO offers endocavity needle guide

Accessories provider CIVCO Medical Instruments has introduced a disposable endocavity needle guide for use with the Philips Medical Systems 3D9-3v transducer on the iU22 ultrasound system.

The disposable needle guide fastens into the locating features of the transducer, and directs instruments according to on-screen guidelines. The guide accepts instruments from 16-22 gauge sizes, according to the Kalona, IA-based firm.
