Digirad replaces chief executive

Nuclear medicine vendor Digirad has replaced its president and CEO, with chief financial officer (CFO) Todd Clyde replacing Mark Casner at the helm of the company.

Digirad said that Casner was leaving the company effective October 20. Clyde has been with the Poway, CA-based firm as CFO since 2002, and will continue to hold that position until a new CFO is found.
