CompuMed nets New Mexico Corrections

Bone densitometry and medical informatics firm CompuMed has won a four-year contract in conjunction with Wexford Health Sources to provide electrocardiogram (ECG) remote interpretation systems and services for the New Mexico Corrections Department.

Under the terms of the deal, CompuMed's CardioGram system will be used to perform remote cardiac screening for detainees at the state's correctional facilities, according to the Los Angeles-based company.
