Philips works with Project HOPE, Rad-Aid

Philips Healthcare of Andover, MA, is collaborating with Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere) and Rad-Aid International on a project to improve access to medical imaging services for people in underserved countries, the company announced.

The project will start with an evaluation of medical imaging needs in northern India and western China. It will use Rad-Aid's Radiology-Readiness approach, which assesses and plans long-term medical imaging in communities with limited healthcare resources, Philips said.
