Medrad hits Stellant milestone

Contrast injector technology firm Medrad has installed its 5,000th Stellant CT injection system, the Indianola, PA, company announced this week.

Medrad began shipping Stellant three years ago, and since then has been installing the product globally at a pace of one new system every five hours. Medrad marked the milestone Stellant installation on May 3 at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS) Houma Clinic in Houma, LA, which is expanding its cardiac CT practice with new 64-slice scanners.
