Intl. Isotopes shareholders approve proposals

Radiopharmaceutical provider International Isotopes announced shareholder approval of three proposals at a special meeting last week. First, the company said it will increase the number of shares it can issue from 20 million to 50 million. The second proposal approved the Denton, TX-based vendor’s issuance of common stock upon conversion of its 7% series B convertible redeemable preferred stock. The third proposal approved the company’s 2000 employee stock purchase plan.
