Voxar names new corporate counsel

Scottish 3-D software developer Voxar of Edinburgh has named Lorne Byatt as corporate counsel. Byatt worked with Voxar on fund-raising issues in his previous position at the law firm of Dundas and Wilson. He will help Voxar prepare for an upcoming initial public offering.
