Oosterwijk launched and ran OTech for decades to provide training for radiology professionals in PACS, DICOM, HL7, and other aspects of imaging information technology. OTech developed study guides, e-books, and a virtual hospital platform for hands-on training.

These training assets have been migrated to SIIM, which has hired Kori Stewart as director of training. SIIM plans to migrate the OTech assets to its SIIM University learning management system.

The agreement was announced at this week's SIIM 2022 meeting in Kissimmee, FL.
