Kodak exploring possible sale of Health unit

Eastman Kodak said it is exploring strategic alternatives for its Health Group, including a possible sale of the unit. Kodak has been preparing for this possibility for some time, and will move the process forward as rapidly as possible, according to chairman and CEO Antonio Perez. Perez commented on the decision during a conference call on Thursday.
