Medical software developer Blackford Analysis said its software has been integrated into a new clinical trial imaging application created by Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
Blackford's MatchedCrosshairs image registration and comparison technology has been integrated into MGH's Precision Imaging Metrics software, which was developed by MGH's Tumor Imaging Metrics Core to facilitate coordination between radiologists and oncologists for clinical trial imaging results, according to the vendor.
Precision Imaging Metrics is being used at MGH, as well as at cancer centers at Yale University and the University of Washington. It's also being installed at the University of Utah's Huntsman Cancer Institute, Blackford said.
