This conference follows the success of the inaugural conference in 2006. CT studies continue to develop. Cardiac imaging particularly is benefiting from the faster, higher-resolution scanning, and is rapidly emerging as a major new tool in the investigation of heart disease. The opportunity to get training in using workstations will be significantly expanded at the upcoming meeting with a number of small group hands-on workshops being conducted over the three days.
