Advancements in Breast Imaging and Intervention

This online continuing education activity has been planned for the physician and technologists involved in the fields of breast imaging and intervention. Content will address the evolution of breast MRI, interventional MRI, sonography in detecing breast disease, and MRI techniques. Role delineation will be discussed as it pertains to the radiologist and technologist. Workshops will include breast MRI, ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast biopsy, and patient positioning. Participants will be actively involved in learning the techniques demonstrated. At the completion of the activity, attendees should have a better understanding of breast imaging techniques and how to integrate them into their practice.
