Schering gets Japanese approval for Resovist

Pharmaceutical firm Schering has received marketing approval for its liver-specific MRI contrast agent Resovist in Japan. The product, which received European Union market approval in 2001, will be distributed by Nihon Schering KK after it has received a Japanese national healthcare insurance price listing.
