Women's imaging vendor Hologic has launched a private offering to institutional investors of $1 billion senior notes, due in 2022.
The company plans to use the proceeds of the offering to cover outstanding senior notes due in 2020. Hologic will redeem the 2020 notes on August 1, subject to the completion of the 2022 notes offering and receipt of its proceeds.
