Breast cancer treatment products developer Orbital Therapy has completed installations of its ClearVue prone breast table at sites in New York and Massachusetts.

The installations are at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City; Newton Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA; and Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA.

The all-carbon-fiber ClearVue table provides visual and treatment access to the breast, allowing physicians to plan and treat from multiple angles. In addition, the prone position reduces target motion, increases the separation between the target anatomy and critical structures such as the lungs and heart, and allows for better localization of the treatment area, the company said.

Size was 0.2 cm; tumor grade II/III; negative lymph nodes; and estrogen receptor–positive, progesterone receptor–positive, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2–negative.

A normal mammogram confirmed by three-year radiologic follow-up illustrates reader-marked regions of interest (ROIs) during (A) unaided (round 1) and (B) artificial intelligence (AI)–assisted (round 2) reading. Each colored dot represents an ROI for recall by a human reader. Readers could mark more than one ROI per case, represented by multiple dots of the same color.
