Radiation therapy firm Varian Medical Systems of Palo Alto, CA, has received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its Acuros technology.
BrachyVision Acuros is part of Varian's Eclipse treatment planning system and is designed for enhanced, faster dose calculation.
