Australian clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company AdvanCell has established U.S. global headquarters in Andover, MA, and leased a 128,000-square-foot facility that will serve as its U.S. flagship manufacturing center.
The Andover site will support development and future commercialization of ADVC001, a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeting radioligand labeled with lead-212, the company said. AdvanCell is also working with a contract development and manufacturing organization to establish additional drug product manufacturing capabilities, with the aim of accelerating U.S.-based capacity to support phase II enrollment of the TheraPb study, according to the company.
