DMS Health to acquire Nuclear Sonics

DMS Health Technologies has agreed to purchase Nuclear Sonics Associates, a mobile nuclear medicine services provider in Iowa.

The asset purchase will close on March 1, and all Nuclear Sonics employees, contracts, and services will be transferred to DMS. The firms did not disclose any terms of the deal.
