PET developer Positron has announced the consolidation and integration of operations at its Crown Point, IN, facility into its Lubbock, TX, site.
With the acquisition of Manhattan Isotope Technology earlier this year, Positron has made significant developments in the production requirements of key PET products, making the consolidation of production in Lubbock favorable, the firm said.
By locating all radioactive production in a single facility, Positron will simplify regulatory compliance, radiation safety, and quality procedures associated with the production of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals, the company said.
