Ratio Therapeutics signs Ac-225 supply agreement with PanTera

Ratio Therapeutics has entered into a supply agreement with PanTera, an actinium-225 (Ac-225) producer, to support Ratio's clinical-stage targeted alpha therapy programs.

The agreement provides Ratio with dedicated Ac-225 supply and establishes a framework for future expansion as the company's development needs grow, according to Ratio. PanTera originated as a joint venture between Ion Beam Applications and the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre SCK CEN and has raised €95.6 million in Series A funding to scale Ac-225 production.

PanTera produces Ac-225 using two complementary approaches: an early supply method leveraging thorium-229 decay and a commercial supply method utilizing the Ra-226 photonuclear reaction. The company said large-scale commercial production is expected by 2028.
