Ratio Therapeutics has expanded its manufacturing partnership with PharmaLogic to enhance production of Ratio's actinium-225 (Ac-225)-based RTX-2358 therapy, a fibroblast activation protein-alpha (FAP)-targeted radiopharmaceutical for cancer treatment.
Under the expanded agreement, PharmaLogic will increase manufacturing capacity for Ac-225 RTX-2358 at its Idaho Falls therapeutics facility and implement process enhancements to enable larger-scale, multidose batch production, the companies said.
The collaboration is structured to support ongoing and future clinical studies and position the program for later-stage and potentially registrational evaluation in FAP-expressing tumors, according to the two firms.
Ac-225 RTX-2358 is currently being evaluated in the Actinium Therapy for Late-stage Aggressive Sarcomas (ATLAS) trial (NCT07156565), an open-label phase I/II study assessing the candidate in patients with relapsed or refractory soft tissue sarcoma, Ratio Therapeutics and PharmaLogic noted.
