Hermes Medical Solutions has updated and released its Hermia Voxel Dosimetry software.
The update includes new alpha-emitting isotopes and automated workflows, and uses advanced Hermia Monte Carlo dose calculations, according to Hermes. The updated version also allows users to calculate dose maps faster than previous versions of the software.
Other enhancements include voxel-to-voxel registration alignment with new deformable registration to accommodate patient movement and breathing corrections, reduced sensitivity to noise, and improved compatibility with Spectrum Dynamics Quantitative SPECT, the company said.
