GE HealthCare (GEHC) and BAMF Health plan to collaborate on developing theranostics for cancer treatment.
Theranostics in molecular imaging uses both imaging technology and targeted therapies to identify and treat diseases such as cancer as well monitor response to treatment, GEHC said.
The two firms will partner on the full theranostics pathway, from drug development through disease diagnosis and treatment monitoring, according to GEHC.
