Konica Minolta updates DR platform

Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas has released an updated version of AeroRemote Insights, its cloud-based analytics and monitoring platform for digital radiography (DR) systems and wireless flat panel detectors. 

The update adds new dashboards covering workflow, exam reject rates, and system performance, the company said. New capabilities include the following: 

  • Productivity dashboard: Total exams broken down by location, site, and technologist, with filter options for reject rates and exposure per view and division. 

  • Clinical dose dashboard: Exposure index and deviation index by view or technologist, summarized by quarter across a division or site. 

  • System health dashboard: Overall system health data including software version per workstation and panel calibration status. 

AeroRemote Insights is offered alongside Blue Moon Lifecycle Products, the company's DR system protection plans, which include remote monitoring, rapid panel replacement, and 24/7 customer support, Konika noted.
