Agfa inks DR purchasing deal with Vizient

Agfa HealthCare has signed a group purchasing agreement with Vizient to supply its digital radiography (DR) systems.

The agreement will allow Vizient members who choose Agfa products to benefit from cost savings on contracts for all of Agfa's digital radiography and radiography and fluoroscopy systems.

Products available under the agreement include but are not limited to Agfa's DX-D 100 and DR 100s mobile x-ray units and DR Retrofit systems, as well as its DR 400, DR 600, and DR 800 x-ray room systems with a choice of floor or ceiling mounts.

All of Agfa's DR systems include the company's Musica image processing software, the company added.
