Canon nabs top award from IMV's ServiceTrak

Canon Medical Systems said it has received an award from IMV Medical Information Division for best OEM service in the category of x-ray radiography/fluoroscopy (R/F).

The service award, which is given to companies that have the highest percentage of highly satisfied customers, was earned based on Canon's performance in IMV's 2020 ServiceTrak customer surveys. IMV told Canon that its R&F service outperformed other vendors in the areas of overall service performance, service follow up, availability of replacement parts, OEM preventative maintenance, and effective escalation.

Canon said it also received CT and MR recognition awards from IMV late last year.
