Siemens Healthineers has received licensing approval from Health Canada to sell its Artis icon angiography systems in Canada.
The licensure applies to Siemens' Artis icono biplane system for neuroradiology and abdominal imaging and its Artis icono floor single-plane system for vascular, interventional cardiology, surgical, and oncology procedures.
Siemens' Artis icono platform features its Optiq image chain for 2D imaging processing and Case Flows, a tool for optimizing workflow, it said.
