The Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) inducted 41 new fellows at the SIR 2019 meeting in Austin, TX.
SIR fellows are members who have demonstrated excellence in interventional radiology, with outstanding credentials and contributions through research, publications, education, and leadership, the society said.
The honor went to only 15% of eligible members this year, including those from the U.S., U.K., Saudi Arabia, Korea, and Italy.
