Specialty equipment manufacturer Image Diagnostics is showcasing its work-in-progress Protego radiology shield at RSNA 2018.
The shield aims to provide apron-free imaging, and the firm is currently testing the shield. The shield will facilitate performance of fluoroscopic catheterization procedures and provide radiation reduction, Image Diagnostics said.
