Radiography and mammography vendor Del Global Technologies has increased its ownership interest in Italian imaging vendor Villa Sistemi Medicali to 80%. In January, the Valhalla, NY-based firm acquired a 19% equity stake in Villa, a Milan-based radiography/fluoroscopy and dental imaging systems provider with annual sales of approximately $20 million.
