Bracco Imaging said it has completed a strategic investment in PHS Technologies Group, a division of PACSHealth that develops radiation dose monitoring software.
PHS serves as the OEM supplier of Bracco's Nexo Dose radiation dose management software. The deal strengthens the partnership between the companies, enabling Bracco to enhance distribution efforts for Nexo Dose in existing markets and access emerging opportunities in new geographies, according to the vendor.
PHS will also expand service and support to the new markets and provide significant functional improvements to the application portfolio over the next two years, PHS Chief Operating Officer Mike Battin said in the statement.
