Carestream Health has completed the first worldwide installation of its OnSight 3D extremity conebeam CT imaging system.
The recipient is Cobalt Health's Imaging Centre in Cheltenham, U.K., a medical charity in the National Health Trust.
The Carestream OnSight scanner can be used at the point-of-care and features an open-bore design for enhanced patient access and weight-bearing studies not possible with a traditional CT scanner.
