Healthcare consulting firm RCG HealthCare Consulting will be rolling out its CT Optimization Service at next month's RSNA conference in Chicago.
The initiative is the result of a partnership among RCG, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Bracco Diagnostics, the Boston-based group said. According to the company, it will offer needs assessment analysis, Web-based access to scanning protocols, onsite protocol implementation, and onsite technologist training. Also included are adverse event, IV contrast, and radiation information, as well as postinterventional assessment services.
RCG said it is in the pilot phase of the program and will begin offering the service in the second quarter of 2007.
