Texas Infrared nets distribution deal

Medical services provider American HealthChoice reported that it has signed an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with medical imaging device developer Texas Infrared of Beaumont, TX, to sell that firm's Omnibodyscan technology.

The imaging system, which is pending U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval, is expected to be initially utilized to screen for breast cancer and soft-tissue injuries, according to Flower Mound, TX-based American HealthChoice.
