Suit against Navidea dismissed

A lawsuit filed against radiopharmaceutical developer Navidea Biopharmaceuticals by Platinum-Montaur Life Sciences has been dismissed.

Judge Valerie Caproni of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed all claims in the litigation, which alleged that Navidea owed Platinum-Montaur $1.5 million under terms of a loan agreement, Navidea said.
