Christie Innomed announced its continued growth into the U.S. market with its acquisition of U.S. company Comp-Ray, a medical imaging hardware and software company.
Comp-Ray has been providing multivendor sales and service in the southwestern U.S. for more than 40 years for modalities including MRI, CT, interventional x-ray, and PACS.
The acquisition allows for continued growth at Christie Innomed and enables the two companies to offer a broader portfolio of multivendor services.
