Fuji acquires French distribution and service arm

Fujifilm Medical Systems has acquired 100% of the shares of Fuji Medical Systems France (FMSF), a French medical imaging products distributor, and TSR Holding, a French medical equipment service and maintenance firm, from holding company GRED S.A.

The transaction is expected to be completed next month upon obtaining the necessary regulatory approval, according to Fuji of Stamford, CT.
