A start-up company called Medmo is offering a platform that connects patients with radiology providers across the U.S. and allows them to name the price they can afford for their next imaging test.
The platform helps patients with high deductibles or without medical insurance get MRI, CT, PET, and ultrasound scans from a local, accredited imaging center at the price they can afford, according to the firm.
