Imaging services provider Radiology Partners has inked a new practice partnership with Renaissance Imaging Medical Assoc. (RIMA) of Northridge, CA.
RIMA serves Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties. It was advised in the Radiology Partners agreement by Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets.
Radiology Partners' network includes more than 500 hospitals and other healthcare facilities across 14 states, it said.
